Salespeople talking for 80% of the call, not giving the other person a chance to speak and pitching the features and functions of their product instead of telling stories about their customers
Sellers not asking open-ended questions to uncover challenges. Instead they ask yes or no questions or try to book a meeting before the buyer even knows what the meeting is about
They don’t listen. The prospect gives them some juicy information, and instead of digging deeper, they move onto their next question or pitch, making them feel ignored
